Good and Love

She is good and lovely,

In character and dignity,

Has empathy and sympathy,

She is soft and calm,

She is brown and beautiful,

Also industrious and jovial,

She is the one you need,

A good and lovely one.

THE SYCOPHANT

He has gone to meet the boss in Hilton,
Tonight they will talk in low tone,
How they will hook and torture traitors,
He will loudly praise the boss,
And have supper for the evening.

Tomorrow he will talk malice,
In favor of his good boss,
Will not accept ridicule,
Fiercely will condemn truth,
Has no regard for humanity
To have lunch for the day.

He thoughtlessly betrays his friends and thoughts,
He cares not about the results,
As long as his stomach is full,
He will sleep in comfort with no effort.

His ways aren’t straight,
Cunningly gets what he wants,
To quench his insatiable thirst,
An get to his dream destiny,
He doesn’t care about your agony.

He is an enemy of development,
And an enemy of peace,
For he delights in trouble,
He will not rest until there is unrest,
That is when he will have a story to tell the boss,

I saw it coming.

Oh my assistant,
The results are now out,
Our projects are all unfinished,
I call to talk to you,
But you give me postmoterm report,
That you saw it coming.

You saw it coming,
My assistant who loves your people,
You watched workers sleep on job,
You praised them when they looted,
All the resources we had,
You saw it coming!

Now stands unfinished project ,
Building blocks now falling off,
No money to complete the projects,
No labourer to work for us,
Like birds, the left us,
To look for better nests,
You saw it coming.

I have no business with you,
You are not good to work with me,
Have tainted my name and image,
Before animals and birds,
Before trees even fleas,
Only to provide a postmoterm report,
That you saw it coming.

LOST IN THIN AIR

My friend was a good one,
His love for me was sweet aroma,
That made me swell in pride of love,
Few days ago my friend,
Got lost in thin air.

Got lost in thin air,
For my request that he could not meet,
At the time was bedridden,
I send for him to sooth me,
He was off for picnic in Mombasa,
With the lover of His soul.

One month ago he got ill,
There was no one to sing,
A song that could sent off the pain,
Through out the nights we sat,
And prayed for the healing together,
But he,s now lost in thin air.

Am missing you my dear one,
I have nobody me to sooth,
Where did you disappear to?
Tell me where you are now,
if i had your contact,
I would call to say goodbye
